A quick update on what I've been upto for the past few weeks and a few sundays! I've had the privilege of being a part of an upcoming book called 'Nuthin' but Mech'. This book includes some very well known artists in the industry today. Along with some of my finished designs I've also included some initial SketchUp passes of my work. Its been a pleasure working on this book and I hope all of you enjoy seeing all the new mech designs we've put together! A HUGEEE shout out to Lorin Wood for making this possible and being on top of things and special thanks to Scott Robertson and Design Studio Press for publishing the designs.

This was a fun concept to do.I used Sketch Up as my base for a paint over.I initially used Mental Ray to render this design but I like the rough texture overlays on Photoshop CS3 much better for the gritty look.

Hey folks! I have some REALLY exciting news!!  In the past month I was contacted by CG society to give an 8 week WORKSHOP on my process in 3D Modeling on GOOGLE SketchUp. I'm looking forward to sharing some cool tips and tricks on quick modeling using SketchUp. Classes begin on Feb 28,2011. Looking forward to seeing you guys there!!!!
